- A thorough assessment of your needs. We always start with assessing what your team’s printing and office needs are first. Recently we met with the Community State Bank of Orbisonia to assess their office needs. Most of their equipment was outdated and a mix of different brands and models. It was pricey to operate, costly to repair and cost more hours for people to use. They needed an upgrade so we helped them with a customized recommendation for their needs that saved them $500/month.
- Short term rentals and leases. Work can ebb and flow. The holiday season can be particularly difficult for many nonprofits, as it’s a big fundraising time. Instead of wasting money on using more expensive printer companies we can offer short term rentals of machines. Materials can then be produced and printed in house during busy seasons. We also offer long-term leases and rentals if you aren’t ready to purchase machines.
- Maintenance agreements. A maintenance agreement is always a smart option. You can’t control when a machine will break down or how much it will cost to repair it. Our maintenance agreement covers supplies and repair services. Just call us when you are in need and we’ll be there.
- New equipment. It might seem more expensive to invest in newer equipment but the savings are built in. Our friends at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College were able to get a percent reduction in their monthly payments when we recommended switching to new Xerox copiers, which printed at 55 pages per minute. The higher efficiency machines saved them money and time.
